Users can utilize up to 100% of their referral bonus amount per purchase

Referral bonus can only be used for purchases on our platform

Order tracking information will be available in the user's profile section. Users are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Generally, we maintain a no-refund policy on all purchases.

Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases at our sole discretion. To request a refund in exceptional circumstances, users must contact us via email at [email protected].

Wallet credits (including sign-up bonus and referral bonus) can only be used for purchases on our platform. Wallet credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or withdrawn.
