1. Wash and dry your hands, then take one mini pad from the pack.
2. Peel the release sheet away from the back of the liner.
3. Press the liner centrally onto the inside of your underwear so the adhesive holds firm.
4. Smooth it flat from the centre outwards so it sits invisibly under your outfit.
5. Change every 6 hours for all-day freshness, or as soon as it feels damp.
6. Wrap the used liner in tissue or the disposal sheet, seal it and bin it with household waste. Never flush a liner.
